.. Well, as i've mentioned previously, next weekend SO is taking me away for a romantic weekend.
He is hardly telling me anything about it except that I need sensible shoes?
From this, I'm thinking we might be going away up the mountains to a B&B and go hiking? (I can't think of anything else i'd need sensible shoes for?)
Anyway, I was telling my Dad that i'm going away that weekend and he got this goofy look on his face? I started telling him where I thought we might be going and his smile just kept getting bigger- I didn't push why he was smiling but i'm starting to think that this might definately be it.
SO and I have discussed getting engaged before- I definately knew it was on the cards but.. ah.. I don't know. I feel a big ball of nerves and excitment while at the same time not trying to get my hopes up. If he doesn't ask, I won't be disappointed but I just have this strong sense that this is really it!
Last year, when SO and I were discussing our future and our timeline I gave him two photos for future reference; the Tiffany Legacy and a Pear halo.. i'm really wondering if he has gone out and sourced a diamond/ring all by himself.. time will tell!
