I've had my eye on this beautiful antique amethyst in yellow gold for quite a while. Unfortunately I keep buying loose stones instead, so I just hope it will find a good home!

It's a trustworthy seller.
How sweet of you @pearaffair! I hope the pendant helps him celebrate his happy new beginnings.
What about a pearl pendant? Lots of super nice options:

Otherwise there are also plenty of preloved options, but after you have paid for the time to fascet a stone, plus the time to set it and the gold it will be hard to find a lot of good new options at the $200 mark. So the preloved items you will be looking at will need to be steeply discounted.
This is a very inexpensive amethyst 9k gold necklace, complete with chain. The stone is not well cut, but the pendant is a good size.
