I really like this setting but would like to see it set with an emerald cut.

I''m almost to the end of the internet looking

and I can''t find one. Aside from cuting out a picture of an emerald diamond and taping it to the photo .... I am at a loss. I''m asking for some help.

Can anyone help?

tks
Cindy

Great photos .. exactly what I am looking for (except the tension). I do not want a tension set. It really makes it hard to find !

Ok...
I haven't come across many pics online showing non-tension EC set like that Cartier design.

I'm sure it's not uncommon and absolutely doable.

/idealbb/images/smilies/confused.gif i'm not sure why they are set side ways...?

Just like firerock's ring.

This one has a pc, but check out the v cut out and how the stone is nestled.

That cartier ring has a rather complicated volume... and I have not seen copies. Another model (called 'tank') is. On the current cartier.com there are two versions of the tank ring with large colored stones, but it is made with diamonds as well. The one with the smaller EC is a copy.

The princess ring posted above looks like a series made by Gucci - only those are as thick as they are wide throughout - not too wearable.

That is perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it and I love the help. The guy I talked too said that he thought it I set it the other way (long rather than on it's side) it might be nice. I'm not sure about that though. I guess if it was a bit on the square side it would look nice.
