Looking for specific short wedding dress

I''ve seen this short bridal dress in magazines left and right since the end of last year. I always thought "if I were having a summer wedding, I''d be in that bad boy!" I don''t know the designer name but I can describe how it looked in the zillion ads I''ve seen:

it''s short; the girl is posed with her back the camera, sort of looking over her shoulder. The dress is about knee-length and the back is exposed. At the back of the waist there''s a tiered bow or a tiered something, and the model is wearing some really cute heels. Sound familiar at all?

I just got word that one of my gal pals is planning for her May ''10 wedding and this dress would be PERFECT for her...she''s looking for short dresses and I can''t have her thinking that I made the whole thing up! WHO MAKES THIS DERN DRESS??!!

Ahh I know the one you are talking about but don''t know the name. There are at least 2 brides on here that are using it for a reception dress though.

That''s a good idea! If I could afford it (and if my wedding weren''t in December), I would be all over that dress for my reception. If I hit the lotto or came into some extra money, I''d buy that dress just to grocery shop and check my mailbox...
