I found this peice while rockhounding at an old Indian Settlement called Mary Campbell Cave in Cuyahoga Falls. Is this real and if it is real, any opinions of possible mines, and quality. I did a hot pin test with no effect.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but I think somebody recently lost the bead from their necklace.
This is modern dyed howlite. Do you see that white halo around some of the dark spots on your bead? A sure sign of the dying process.
By the way, Eastern tribes did not use turquoise at all, and they certainly wouldn't have been able to form pretty perfectly round shapes with a nice drill hole.
Here is some dyed howlite from a bead vendor on the internet.

Thank you

Thank you

Thank you for honesty, and my obvious disregard of history, and thank you for a future embarrassment, cause I was going to take the terquoise and a few other artifacts I found, to the news, and the phoney archeologist that said the Mary Campbell Cave was a myth and no Indians had ever settled there and prove they were wrong, especially when they say they only checked 3 inches of dirt. I have some evidence but will get more to prove them wrong. Thank you and if you have any other skills like with other gems and minerals, or Indian artifacts which sounds like you may have a bit more knowledge than I, may I look for you in the future?
