Ha, when my DH and I started dating we lived several states away from each other. (Long story.)
He was really sad about being so far apart. So I bought him this giant child''s piggy bank, but it is a big brown monkey. He is wearing a stupid cape. I thought it was the dumbest looking thing I''d ever seen and I couldnt stop laughing when I saw it. So I shipped it to him along w/ a stupid pink hat for him to wear and a nice letter.
Well i think the hat was worn twice. HE HATES PINK. But he kept this stupid monkey. We put all of our spare change in it. We call it our "Monkey Money" and we use it to "Monkey Around" yeah we''re fools. But after 8 months, our Monkey Money paid for a trip to Vegas... 3 day stay w/ some moderate gambeling. So it adds up.
