ETA: Here's a link with a TON more pics...link and i have to say that she is FLAUNTING that thing! Around #60 or so it's a different event and the ring is gone--but her butterfly diamond ring makes an appearance.

I agree gypsy! Putting an asscher in a halo is no easy task--I love yours where it accentuates the stone, but this one completely detracts from the stone and makes the ring big ol'' clutter of mess! Mariah: save the asscher, put it in a sleeker setting!

I saw that too. But TMZ just did another close-up of the two rings, and they look different to me! Looks like the ex had a cushion or radiant...Mariah's is probably an asscher or emeralds, and has a rose gold halo.

Still....way too similiar IMO!

Edit: Just tried to explain that in TMZ's comments section, then realized that no one is going to know what the hell I'm talkin about. lol!
 
I really like the rose gold on it, but I think it''s just so overpowering. If it IS a different ring, that boy should come up with a new idea!
