Minty green and minty blue...

I think Swala only sells stone that are mined in Africa (spess, spinel, tsavorite, mint garnet, etc), therefore, it is likely that the origin might be Nigerian.

He once had a Brazilian paraiba for sale (I think it's still for sale). I think the brighter turquoise blues on his site are Nigerian, and this is Nambibian. It's always fun to guess origin. :naughty: Namibian indicolites remind me a lot of Afghani ones. Very pretty.

Ah…that is true. Now that you mentioned it, I did receive the email about his procuring a Brazilian Paraiba as well. Guess that throws my speculation out the door. I did ask about origin on another tourmaline or two but he did not want to even tell me where he got them, wanting to keep the source secret.

Oh wow! Those do glow!

Very pretty stones, and they go well with the settings!!

You pick out some amazing stones and have a talent for choosing how to set them. Really. :appl:

That's a gorgeous stone, Arcadian! And I do think it looks similar to its picture. I love the faceting on Gene's stone but this one is a really pretty color, too

Beautiful!
