Mixed metals chain/pendant combo???

I have many different gold chains and pendants. Sometimes I feel like wearing a certain pendant with a chain of different gold color. Do any PSers do that? Please show!!! TIA!

I don’t have anything to show, but I love the look of oxidised silver with antique warm gold. Lately I’ve seen a lot of the mixing of metals on IG, especially in vintage chains. Some of them have faded silver and gold links alternating and it’s just gorgeous!

I don't have pictures but I wear a mixed metals necklace every day! It consists of a white gold chain with the following 3 pendants:

- 24kt yellow gold credit suisse ingot pendant (fairly large)
- white gold and diamond pendant (medium in size)
- white gold and ruby pendant (small and dainty)

The pendants have meaning to me as they were given to me by my parents over the last 20 years. I've never been a fan of matchy-matchyness -- I think mixed metals around the neck are beautiful and eclectic!

I do that at times with gold tones (and sometimes a silver chain).

I have a couple Marla Aaron locks I wear.

I have two chains- one is an oxidized silver and the other yellow gold. I have three locks linked together that I wear that are representative of schmoopy stuff.

Two locks are yellow gold, one has sapphires and the center lock is a rose gold lock. Her rose gold is more coppery/burnished v. pink.

Do it! My everyday pendant is mostly white gold with a smidge of yellow, on 2 thin chains (white and yellow). Hard to tell in photos but I was originally wearing it on a longer yg chain for the two tone look.

I agree, do it! I love the look of mixed metals and like @bluediva 's pretty pendant allows you to wear white gold or yellow gold earrings.
I think mixed metals often give pieces more interest.

Lol! Go for it! I put it on 2 so that it's more secure (well, feels more secure anyway).

These were leftover diamonds from a parcel of FIY 20s that I bought to make a bracelet.
Set in 14k white gold with 14k yellow heads. I wear it with thin 14k white and yellow chains so that if one breaks, I don't lose the pendant.

I do this often! I do not like the color of yellow gold chains on my neck. Other than one red gold necklace I own, all of my pendants are worn on silver chains. (I have a couple of lightweight white gold chains also but I don't like the color of them as much as the silver ones.) This is what I wore today (sorry, no bling).
Silver rope chain, 14K yellow gold elephant
Satin silver hoops in lower ear, satin 14K yellow hoops in upper ear
