Mod Metal Pendant with Soni Black Sapphire

Here's our new custom pendant by Christine Williams (modmetal.net) with a black sapphire by Jean-Noel Soni (topnotchfaceting.com). We just love how the design of the pendant accentuates the design of the stone!

Working with Chris was terrific and the whole process was a lot of fun. (Jean-Noel is also terrific fun, but we actually bought this stone off LT before meeting him.)

The sapphire is so dark blue it's effectively black, 11.45 x 9.5 mm, 6.75 cts. The pendant is sterling. Here are lots of pics (we also have some pics of the loose sapphire and the rough stone, if anyone is interested).
