I''m not going to be a bride yet but my colleague is ... She shared a picture of her dress today with us and I thought it was lovely ...

I didn''t realize that there was a name for this type of strap ... illusion top. That''s cute.
Yes ... I thought the same. It is a great compromise. Even though it isn''t much, it just gives that smidge more coverage if that is what you are looking for.

My co-worker says that it was priced at $899, however, she told the sales lady her budget was $500 ... She ended up getting the dress for $599!!

Woo hoo! She''s pretty happy with that! (We''re in Vancouver, BC ... don''t know if the pricing might even be better on your side of the border).

Aww, you are WAY too kind, but that was sure sweet of you to think of me, so I''m really glad I happened to look at your thread. I swear I''m still looking for the "Help Harleigh Find a Dress" thread Neveah threatened to start...this one would definitely be in it!

I printed out a bunch of my favorite style dresses and hope that the higher end salon will show me "the one" and I will actually know that it is the dress for me when I see it. I swear I change my mind about things so much that I just don''t know how I can choose *just* one and stick with it! Aaahhhh! Must.be.done....and soon!

I know I''ll get there, but really, couldn''t I just buy a dress off the rack from some random dept. store the week before the wedding and pray it works??? Way too much hoopla surrounding the purchase of a wedding dress, I do believe!
