You know, we all see the nice things posted regarding the awesome service from WhiteFlash. Those fabulous top drawer diamonds, and the gorgeous rings so many of us have from them speak volumes! I just wanted to tell you all, you don''t need to be spending mega bucks, buying huge rocks, or having custom work done to get the red carpet treatment from WF. Yesterday afternoon, I emailed WF, addressing my email to no one in particular, asking a question about getting some relatively small, inexpensive diamond studs. Within MINUTES my phone was ringing, and to my amazement it was Bob at WF responding to my email! He was (as always) so friendly and accomodating! He answered my questions, and assured me that it was no trouble for them to get me exactly what I wanted. This was yesterday afternoon between 1PM and 2PM. This morning, Fedex delivered my pretty, sparkly, perfect diamond studs! I had them in my ears less than 24 hours from the time I first contacted them! Whoopie!

Thanks so much to WF, and Bob in particular. You guys ROCK! I can''t say enough good things about you guys!

SuziQ, I so agree. It seems as if no question is too small for them kind folks. They just really bend over backwards to make you feel as if you are their only customer.

Do I hear that somebody got something. Where are the pics, Suzi? You cannot talk about new baubles without pics (ear ones of course).

LMAO.

It''s actually quite simple. Look in the mirror and position the camera in the vicinity. Remember to move the camera opposite what it looks like you would need to when viewing its position in the mirror. You really only need the mirror to help you zero in on the area. Take a pic and look at it. Curse soundly at the pic of your nose and try again. How sad is it that I know how to give you appropriate direction?

I don''t care how you do it, just get us some pictures!!!!

Congrats on the studs, SJZ. Were they the ready-set-go variety, or did you select the stones yourself?

Regarding pictures......if you have a digital camera, stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom. Point the camera at your ear; you can see the viewfinder in the mirror for positioning. (Ok, HOW many other people would think we''re all sick to go through this -

).

It''s a bit tough to catch the arrows at times this way, but it gets the job done.

Again, congrats!

Suz--
if you did get the expert selection ready set go studs, what do you think of them? thats what I ordered.

Thanks for the tips, guys. I had to go to my daughter''s basketball game this evening, so I didn''t get a chance to take any pics yet. Then when I got home, the battery was dead! Charging battery now, and I''ll try to get some pics.

I did get the ready set studs. I have two piercings in each ear. I only got the second one around a year ago or so. I already had a pair of .2 carat studs in yellow gold for the upper holes, but they were 4 prong basket set, and I thought they stuck out too far (they looked like mini door knobs...lol) I have small ears, and kind of thin lobes. I have been reading about the 3 prong martinis and how they sit closer to the ear. I hadn''t found any in a small carat size anywhere, and I had been checking for a while to see if WF would start carrying them in the ready set studs, so I emailed yesterday to ask. Bob called me right away and said they could fix me up, and viola...I am wearing them already! Ain''t life grand? I got the smallest size, .25tcw in white gold. I thought about yellow, since that''s what I normally wear, but I also wear white and silver sometimes, and I already had a pair of the yellow, so I went with white this time. The setting doesn''t really show at all, so I''m glad I went with the white.

There is only one problem...I like them so well that now I want BIGGER studs just like these for my lower piercings! My husband was home when these arrived, and he wondered why I didn''t get bigger ones...lol! After I explained that I wanted these for my top holes, he was like "don''t you want bigger ones for the other holes?" I don''t want to be a brat, so I''ll wait a while...maybe Christmas or my Birthday? But I really do love these. Even though the stones are tiny, they sparkle TONS. My old ones were from Helzberg, and they look yellow and cloudy next to these...and they were supposed to be THEIR premium stones! They are junk compared to the ones I got today from WF.

Again, thanks for the tips...as soon as my battery gets some juice, I''ll try and see what I can get for ya. My ears aren''t anything to write home about, though

OK, the battery had a little juice, and I got some pics. Not great, I can''t seem to get my neck twisted at a good angle to really show off the sparkles, but you can get the idea of the size and how they look in relation to my other earrings. I took a couple of pics with my little diamond hoops, and a couple with my pearl studs so you guys can see how they look alongside two different styles. I hope these work!

Whew! I forgot to check for earwax before I took these, but everything looks clear...lol.

Now for the diamonds with the pearl studs (this is probably my all time favorite look, btw...)

I got one more shot before the juice ran out...lol

I just ordered the 0.80ctw ES Ready Set Go studs in the 3 prong martini setting on Tuesday except mine will only be ready on Monday. You're soo lucky you got yours so fast!

I love your new earrings! They're beautiful!

I love them! They are so dainty and pretty!

Bravo to Whiteflash for such fast service!

Suzi, great job on the pics. Those earrings are really pretty. Thank you so much for sharing them.

Shay

Those look great on you, Suzi!

Are they each .25c or .25c total?

So are the "ready set" earrings on their site made from diamonds that are not listed separately on the expert selection page?

I really can''t say enough good things about those martini settings. You all are making me want to get my ears pierced after 38 years!!

what a perfect second hole size! very well done!

Thanks for the compliments, guys, both on my studs and my picture taking abilities. It wasn't as easy as it looked, with me sitting in the bathroom sink tryng to take pictures of my own ears!

They are .25c total for both, not .25c apiece. They are a very nice size for the top piercing, but I think I'd like some bigger studs for my lower ones. I didn't choose the stones, WF did that. but the paperwork that came with them said G color VS clarity. They have a big sparkle for such tiny diamonds. I'm impressed. I think the fact that they are SO sparkly makes them look bigger than they probably are. I didn't even tell my mom I got them, but she noticed them right off the bat when she saw me today.

I didn't used to care so much what my earrings looked like before, since you couldn't see my ears all that well, anyway. But I've recently had my hair cut much much shorter than I've worn it previously, and my ears show, so I thought I had better dress them up a little bit. I normally don't care so much about jewelry that I can't see for myself when I'm wearing it, like earrings and pendants. I mostly like rings and bracelets cuz I can sees 'em when I wears 'em. All day today, everytime I got stopped at a red light, I was pulling down the visor to check my ears in the vanity mirror. I am a sicko when it comes to diamonds...even the small ones. Hopefully this phase will pass, just like the one where I was hanging my left hand out the window to see my ering in the rearview mirror! I wonder if anyone has ever used diamond fascination as an excuse for a traffic accident?

ETA for Patty...I don't know if they use diamonds listed on their site for the ready set earrings. Maybe for the larger sizes they do. I had done a search in their Expert Selection for diamonds as small as I got, but didn't find any. That's why I emailed them in the first place, because I had seen that they had the ready set studs in .25ct total, but they were in the 4 prong basket. My initial question was whether they were going to start carrying the ready set studs with the 3 prong martini settings. All I can say is that I LOVE mine! They are perfect for where I wanted to wear them. Just looking at how pretty these are, I can only imagine how beautiful the larger ones must be.

Great job with the pictures! The earrings look great and are a great size. I only have one hole in each ear - never wanted to commit to wearing two earrings on each ear. The look great on you however!

Suzi, the martini stud looks great on you! Thanks for posting the pictures, they provide a great pre-view for me as I just ordered mine from WF this morning.

I totally agree with you, the customer service at WF is top notch. Jamie has been helping me with my order and she makes me feel like I was spending thousands
