More stud pix for Mara

Mara....I love the earrings. At certain times, you can see some color face up but I was prepared for that; can see arrows w/naked eye and tried to get a pic but didn''t succeed. The earrings don''t come w/specs beyond what you see on the site for the ES pre-set earrings. I''m lousy with the pix, here''s the best I could do:

ooh I love them!!! They look great and it's so cool you can see the arrows, very interesting. I know they are ES stones but it's so hard to know what is what since they don't have specs.

The interesting thing is that the pre-set ones are almost the same than if you would do a somewhat similar build your own--though maybe not with I's. I was checking out their .50c ES J's today (my girlfriend wants a pair of 1ctw studs and was looking at OVERSTOCK, yikes!) and you could build your own 1ctw with 2 ES J SIs for about $2000, add in about $200 for the WG martini setting, so that's $2200. Their ES preset were something like $2100 or $2300 for WG..can't recall. So I guess for I SI they are a pretty good deal! So it's good to know the cut quality is definitely up there!

Looks great in your ear!! Oh and I love the martini settings...I will never go 4 prong again! The diamond sits so close to your ear and I think it makes them look bigger. I am on the 'watch' for .60c's for my next upgrade...but they are slim slim pickins!!

I agree with Mara. The earring looks *FANTASTIC* on your ear! I couldn''t visualize it from just seeing the earrings. Now: why does the martini setting work better? Is it the same way a three-legged stool works, that the earring can "find" any place with three points rather than having to "find" one with four?
