My aqua RHR is here and I am in loooove!

First, I need to thank all the lovely folks over in the CS forum for all their help with this project. This is my first aqua, my first cushion-cut stone, and my first piece of platinum jewelry. It was also my first purchase from Jeff Davies, but it absolutely will not be my last! I think he did a phenomenal job with this stone and I've recently developed the habit of obsessively stalking his eBay shop!

Not sure why, but some of the pics are upside down/sideways.

Anyway, the pics don't do it justice! Being an unheated stone, I expected to see at least a bit of green in some lights, but I haven't seen any green at all so far! It's a very delicate grey-blue color, which is exactly what I was looking for. The more saturated aquas are beautiful, but I was going for a sort of ethereal look and I think the paler stones work well for that. I'm so happy with how this turned out!

Hi, Mochiko! Thanks so much! Diamondmounts did not set it for me . . . I used my local B&M jeweler for that. But Alex at diamondmounts was great! I had them customize the setting a bit, and they made it to fit the measurements of my stone. Alex was wonderful to work with and I was so pleased with the final result! I'd definitely work with them again.
