My DIY project - Favours!

Ok, so I had a little project going this wek to make my own favour boxes. My colour scheme is ivory, red and black.

Here''s what I came up with...

Step 1) Flat packed red favour boxes and lids arrive in the post...

Step 2) Assemble boxes. This step is easy. Each box takes just seconds!

Step 3 ) Decorate a box with black organza ribbon with silver stitch detail, and a single red diamante to see how it looks.

Step 3 continued...

Step4) Repeat X 48

 

[merrymunky]

Step 5) Fill each box with black shredded tissue paper and lay a mini roll of Love Hearts sweets on top. Close box...FINISHED! aaaaahhhh what fun!

Thank you everyone. After my not so great at attempting to create DIY invites months ago I think redeems myself. I made my own placecards too. Finished those today as I had a few late additions and a few to take out too.

Mostly ebay funnily enough. The boxes, shredded tissue and ribbon were all ebay. I already had the ribbon but had to buy more to have enough. All pretty good value and they look well made. I''m happy with them.
