Hello all,
I just wanted to share my latest find from eBay. I have recently wanted a ring that had rose cuts and came upon this Geogian style ring. I love rubies and do not have a cluster ring, so this one met all those requirements. I don't know the true age of this ring and it was listed as a Georgian/Victorian style, which makes me think it is a reproduction piece, which is fine with me. I asked the seller what she knew about this ring and she told me that it was acquired from a lady who purchased it in the 1960s at London's Portobello Road Antiques Market. Now I know what it is like to fall in love with rose cuts...they definitely have a quiet, glistening, and beautiful sparkle to them. Enjoy the pics!
