Hi I''m new to these boards. I just got engaged last month! I picked out the ring (with the help of my sister), and gave it to him (he gave me the money to pay for it) to decide when to ask me (this was back in December). Well, he asked to to marry him on my birthday (In March)! Lemme just tell ya that it was a birthday to remember! The ring I picked is perfect for me. It''s not too huge and not to small. My honey told me that he would have picked out somehting totally different if left to his own devices, so it''s a good thing I picked it out (cuz I am the one wearing it). I know part of me wished he picked it out, but the other part is just thankful that this man wants to spend the rest of his life with me!
