Thanks to all who replied in my other topic about the ring. I thought I would make a different thread to show off my beautiful new fiancee. She''''s going to have to go without a ring for a few weeks...but we are going to find her the perfect ring that she deserves.

Thanks to all. Yes, actually, I am currently in the National Guard and ROTC, and will likely go Active Duty upon graduation. Is it that obvious?

Hi Matt,

I guess seeing your hairstyle reminded me of my friends and I at the time when I was in the Navy. The day they shaved off all my hair at 18

... well lets just say I''ll never forget that day for as long as I live.

I still keep my hair short but when I see em not touching the top of the ear, that brings back some memories.

I served 6 years total in the Navy. 3 active/3 reserve. A great experience in my earlier days and saw parts of the world I may have otherwise never seen. Thanks for sharing and as a fellow servicemen, our prayers and support are with you. Welcome to the boards.
