My first coloured stone purchase!

This is the first ever coloured stone I have ever bought for myself. It was very inexpensive - £29 (approx $60).

Its a 9ct yellow Gold 2.30ct Mozambique Garnet and 0.04ct White Topaz ring. I really love it!

I will wear it occasionally with my old yellow gold wedding band (have since changed to platinum). I like wearing my old one from time to time

The first ever ring I got was when I was 14. My nanna gave me a silver garnet ring. I loved it and wore it everywhere. Unfortunately I didn''t take good enough care of it. One day I glanced down at it and the stone was gone!

I always knew I would buy a garnet ring. This time I will be much more careful!

The stone is so chunky! I love it!! Its going to be ages before I can afford a diamond that size so I am loving having a coloured stone instead!!!

Well its funny you should say that because I have already ordered a Peridot and Yellow Gold ring and some orange and white Sapphire earrings too!!!

I didn''t buy it from the store where I work. I got it from a The Jewellery Channel. I think you have it in the states now too.
