My lady K in her new home

After a year and a half of searching for the perfect setting for my K cushion, I finally came up with a plan and got the ring of my dreams. With some inspiration from David Klass and the work of my local jeweler, I am beyond happy with this piece. She went from a lonely solitare to the star of the show in a blink of an eye. I was a bit worried about the K set in platinum but after seeing an August Vintage K in a similar setting, I knew it would look great! Here she is in plat/18k yg setting.
Specs of center: 1.82 K VVS1 excellent cut, paired with a 3/4 carat 14k yg band. I’m in

Thanks everyone. More-sparkle, I am glad I didn’t go the halo route too. I was debating this or setting it in a vintage bezel to have it set a bit lower. I’m a nurse and wear gloves all the time. I like the height on my hand and the gloves will just have to get used to it! Lol. My next project is going to be a AV moissy pendant. Probably will bezel that one.
