The design is the Cecilia ring from CRD (I love this design); she recommended it for the Russian emerald I acquired from her, and I pieced together this set after getting trillion paraibas, which Yvonne also had with the Cecilia in mind. The only thing I did with this was choose the gems and pay for them.
