My LIW senses are tingling!

I''m getting the vibe that our anniversary (27th Nov) may be the day.....

OR he''s just planning something nice and non ring related to celebrate as we wern''t able to be together last year.

Clues:

I suggested we go out to dinner somewhere nice and asked him where he would like to go. He said he may already have a plan.

He''s not telling me what we''re doing.

He say''s he hasn''t offically done/got whatever it is/paid for it yet because he dosn''t want it to show up on his bank statement because I might see.

The timing is right as long as we move out before then, which we do plan to if we find somewhere this weekend

He seems a little too pleased with himself about it......


Anyway, it''s probably non-ring related so I''m not placing my bets of that day just yet but you never know

. Sounds like it may be a fun night anyway.

Update: Yesterday BF bought me a manicure kit- hand lotion, cutical cream, a buffer and file etc "To make me feel better" (I was home in bed with a massive pounding headach).

It's very nice of him, and to be fair he has randomly bought me perfume and stuff before but, why is he now wanting my hands to look nice?

Am I reading too much into this? Most likely, but it's fun!

New update: I have been instructed that next Friday (our anniversary) I need to pack an overnight bag and meet BF at his work when he finnishes as we are "going somewhere" but "it''s not too far away". I will ask next week what he suggests I pack.

The Results are in! and they are......

No proposal this weekend.

BF had booked a nice 5 star hotel with bubbly, strawberries and chocolate and nice bath and massage things waiting for us in our room and we went out to the "gold class'' cinema which is where you sit in posh reclining chair and eat and drink booze during the movie. It was very romantic and sweet and thoughtful of him (our first "date" two years ago to the day was in a hotel.....not as that sounds i promise). And we had a full massive room service breakfast as part of the package (yum yum). Anyway, it was a really nice night out and a lovely surprise.

I knew it wasn''t happening because he had left the ring in it''s hiding place when he left for work, and he told me when we were on the way to the hotel so i didn''t get my hopes up or anything.

Still, what a sweet guy.
