My modest collection...

Hi all - some of you may have seen my post in Missy’s thread about my husband’s illness. I’m currently waiting for him to finish his blood transfusion so I can take him home tonight - he detests being in hospital even though the staff are great and we are only ten minutes away from a regional cancer centre of excellence.

while waiting I noticed that the lighting is pretty good for diamonds. So what else can I do except take photos to share?

Missing are my 1.06tcw diamond studs, but here are my engagement and wedding rings (diamond and sapphire), my right hand ring of rubies and Old mine diamonds, my Rolex, and my odds and sods DBTY bracelet that never comes off and is made of lots of small family diamonds.

Finger size is huge which doesn’t help when they’re swollen thanks to hospital temperature!

This is not modest . Precious stones are never modest, by default - unless they are poor cut which yours are not. The sapphire color is gorgeous! Lovely!
