My mothers lovely ring

Thought I would share my mums lovely ring. One day it will be mine.
It's 14k white gold with a large blue Stone surrounded by diamonds. Its hallmarked CCL with anchor hallmark.
Haven't a clue on carat weight of diamonds are, any idea what they may be roughly ??
Looking to find out the maker as my mum doesn't know either.
My dad won it in a card game & gave to my mum years ago lol....
