My New Sapphire

Hello, Everyone,

I want to post pics of my sapphire ring now that the new sapphire has been mounted. I took my ring to a different jeweler to have it done and am very pleased with their work.

I want to thank everyone who offered me their advice!

Here is a pic of my ring with the new sapphire. (It is a bit dirty as I haven''t had it off except to shower since I got it back.)

Hello Again

Here are a few more pics. I really should have cleaned it before I took them. I am really thrilled with it. The jeweler I took it to was very kind and understanding. They quoted me a price and time to get it done and they eneded up getting it done much quicker and for much less than they quoted me, so that made me happy as well. My new stone is very vibrant and brilliant, especially in daylight but even in low light faces up blue. This stone is bigger but because it is lighter looks bigger.
