My Renella DeFina Couture Dress!!!

WOW!! Its real now, i have a DRESS!! And my dream dress at that!! I just wanted to post it here since i''ve gotten so many ideas from you ladies!! the dress will be here the first week in March (i got it Saturday) for my April 29th wedding!! I had tried on many dresses, but when i put this one on my eyes welled up and i thought, ''wow, i finally feel like a bride!''

Thanks ladies!!! I just felt like a million bucks, there was no way i was leaving the boutique with out it, even if i had to work there for the rest of my life to pay for it!

Brightspot, how fun we have the same date!! Where are you getting married? We are doing a beach wedding on Hilton Head Island, SC..............good luck, stay in touch, that would be fun!!

We''re getting married on the beach too, but in Jamaica! Hilton Head in April should be amazing & not too hot!

Have you decided on your shoes yet or are you going barefoot?

Brightspot-- I am planning to go barefoot for the ceremony on the beach, but shoes for the reception and pictures that are not on the beach. I am only wearing 1" heels though b/c i''m 5''11" and FI is 6''0" so no big stilettos for me!! How about you?!

I went to a wedding last year in Hilton Head on the 28th of April! It''s a lovely time of the year on Hilton Head!
I hope you have a lovely time! (I told Brightspot earlier that April 29th is my favorite day ever, it''s my birthday!)

So pretty! Is the bodice lacy? It looks so pretty, and the delicate layers on the skirt.. and the ribbon. Its all so pretty! And you look fantastic in it!

LOL--I''m 5''10" & FI is 6''0" so you & I have a similar heel issue!

My dress was already hemmed (I bought it on eBay) & is just a tiny bit long when I''m barefoot, so I found a pair of sandals with a 3/4" stacked heel which makes the dress the right length. The heels shouldn''t sink into the sand, so I plan to wear them for my beach wedding & afterwards. Lower heels are more comfortable anyway.

I love that dress! I saw it on a mannequin at the dress shop and loved it, but I haven''t tried it on because it''s way beyond my budget. But it''s so pretty and it looks just perfect on you! Great choice.
