I''ve got a girl friend who has actually rehearsed this scene with her father: When her soon-to-be fiance asks dad for his blessing, dad says: "Yes, but only if ''Sally'' picks her own ring."

I''ve GOT to introduce this girl to PS! She would LOVE it! I met her mom a few weeks ago actually, and she has a gorgeous RB ering!! Plus, her anniv. band is 5 marquise, I think 2 tcw, no bowties that I could see, and blindingly white!

I carry around a loupe in my purse and went shopping with my friend. The clerk was trying to BS her until I pulled it out! She tried to tell us 64% depth was ideal UGH. My stupid friend ended up buying an EGL SI3 that has so many inclusions that I would call it I3........One you can even run you finger over the table and feel.

I hope your future son-in-laws are smarter and listen better to good advice than my friend.
