After a few PSers asked for more photos, I decided to give my ring its own thread. :D So here she is!
FI proposed last December. I knew I wanted a yellow sapphire rather than a diamond, and started looking years ago.

The stone is from The Natural Sapphire Company (I know, I know...but I had a good experience), with a GIA certificate - no treatments. 4.12ct 9.25mm round in a custom version of a Tacori RoyalT collection 18k yellow gold ring (style ht2626rd10), size 4.75. There are 110 diamonds all over the band and up the prongs. The milgrain work is exceptional. I am forever spoiled and grateful!

Wow this is a splendid ring! Gorgeous.
It's such a happy color and the setting is beautiful. Love the details, the diamonds, the milgrain. Love the color. Congratulations.:appl:

WOW!!! You are a spoiled girl! Congratulations and enjoy that beauty!

What a stunning and refined ring!!!
The happy yellow looks so beautiful on you. Congrats!!!
Will you combine it with a band?

Gorgeous and regal!

@missy It's funny, I have a lot of people say it is "happy". A lovely unintentional side effect of the color I suppose, and it certainly makes me happy to look at it!
@MrsKMB thank you!!! :D
@Acinom I have gone back and forth on whether to get the matching band, or a plain one. At the moment I am going with plain, but still Tacori. I do want the side detail and milgrain to match.

It’s such a beauty! Enjoy!

Wow what a gorgeous ring! Beautiful bright sapphire and stunning setting! Perfection on your hand! :appl:

Wow, it's gorgeous, congratulations!! I've always loved Tacori settings and this one is no exception!

Holy crapola! :geek2::geek2::geek2::geek2::geek2: What a stunning beauty!!!! It’s such a beautiful yellow sapphire, and the gold of your ring compliments it perfectly. Well, the 100+ diamonds don’t hurt either!

Very eager to see what band you decide on. When is your wedding??

Wow, what a stunner. Such a bright happy colour. Wearing that “sun” on your hand will catch everyone’s attention for sure,
Enjoy.

Absolutely stunning!!! Both the stone and setting go together perfectly! Big ball of sunshine you have there!

Absolutely gorgeous!

WOW! I don’t usually love yellow stones but this is just like you’ve captured summer sunlight on your hand. It’s beautiful and the setting is TDF.

Definitely wow!! That is such a gorgeous ring!! Suddenly my desire for a yellow stone in yellow gold comes back full force lmao!!!

That is gorgeous! Congratulations! I love it in the yellow gold.

Love your ring! Such a gorgeous sapphire!

My Gosh, if you are going to get a yellow sapphire then you might as well get one that goes BOING!!! What a beauty. Personally, I don't thing you have enough diamonds around it. Git more girl.

Glad you posted a thread to show off this beautiful ring! Stunning!

So much personality in that ring! Way to go!

Haha yes there are some pieces that just make you smile when you take them out. I have “happy” earrings and this ring has the same feeling. Totally different colors than my happy piece but has a happy aura about it if that makes sense.

Enjoy your happy ring!

Both options for your band sound great! Do you have any pics of both bands?

Thanks everyone :kiss2::kiss2: I am feeling the love! Sure feels good!

@ILikeShiny Our wedding is next January. Just set the date! Dress shopping in full force!
@Acinom I don't have any pics of the bands on my hand yet, we haven't been back to try them on. But these are the two on Tacori's website:
matchy: https://www.tacori.com/ht2626b34y
plain: https://www.tacori.com/42-15et
@suzanne2 So my conundrum is that the ering already requires careful attention - I don't wear it doing any type of physical work, cooking, etc. (I have a desk job so it gets worn more often than not). I knew that would be the case, so no surprise there, but I was thinking a plain band would be more wearable. The matching wedding band to the ering is just as detailed and I'm thinking babysitting just one is easier than two  plus, the cost savings. But! There's always this one if FI really lets me go for it! https://www.tacori.com/ht2658y65
