Need feedback on these jewelers

Has anyone had any experience with JM Jewelers (www.jmcustom.com) in Baltimore, Maryland? Met them at a jewelry show in Chantilly, VA, this past weekend, and we discussed custom designs. In talking with them about designing a ring, we seemed to be on the same *path*, but I''m hoping for some feedback before I make the trip up to Baltimore.
