Need Help Buying Diamond!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the arrows. Ditto what Lorelei said about them being more silvery than black. I actually see them all the time, and the patterning is truly beautiful. I love it when big flashes of fire come off the arrows! You can sure see them then!

The salesman showed me the diamond and it had the hearts and arrows in it. I asked him about it and he said theirs are slightly different than the actual Hearts and Arrows diamonds. This one was H/VS2 and it was beautiful. I''m going back next week to look at a setting they ordered so I''ll look at some SI ones too. You guys have all been so helpful - thank you so much!! I actually felt like I knew what I was talking about, and the salesman even commented that I had done my research. Now I''m more excited than stressed about going thru this process.

After much shopping this weekend looking at loose diamonds, I am completely convinced to use one of these online vendors. The prices that the retailers want is unbelievable! Whiteflash was almost half the price for a very comparable diamond. I am so glad I found this site and thanks to everyone who helped me out. Now....to find the right setting! Another big challenge ahead of me but I''m determined to find what I''m looking for.
