need help finding shoes for an outdoor ceremony

happy friday, everyone! i''m on the hunt for a pair of shoes that i can wear for my outdoor ceremony, it''s on a lawn to be specific and i want to make sure i don''t sink, my sister suggested wedges, but i haven''t found any that i want to wear for my wedding, i really like the cole haan peep toes shoes, but i honestly can''t afford to spend that much on shoes with all the other wedding expenses i have to pay for, i''m leaning towards an offwhite or silver but love the idea of adding a splash of red or pink, hehe, preferably not higher than 3 inches, i wouldn''t want to fall over

As much as it pains me to say it; you need wedges. I only have one pair that are formal enough for a wedding and from the front you would never tell. Anyway, try shopstyle.com search on wedges and find some fantastic ones. They will work and you will be happy.
