Help, help, help .... I do not know much colored stones and went over basic information on colored stones on the forum.
Hard to find the price reference for the stones we look at.

Currently we look at two natural Sapphire stones, and need your help on what is the reasonale marker price range to offer.
Stone 1 :
GRS certificate - natural Sapphire, 10.03 ct, vivid blue, cushion, no indication of thermal treatment, origin Madagascar

Stone 2:
AGL certificate: Natural Corundum Sapphire, 7.04ct, Blue, Oval, origin: Burma(Myanmar), no evident of heat, no clarity enhancement

Also where or how to verify if it's matched to what on the certificate?

Your information/input will be really appreciated! Thank you in advance!

The first and easiest step for a layperson is to make sure the LxWxD dimension of the stone matches the measurements listed on the lab report.

Unfortunately without accurate photos it's incredibly difficult to be precise about pricing of the sapphires you've mentioned. Also the two labs that have supplied the reports, grade colour differently (again really not helpful)!

The best thing to do is to put both stones on hold (if you can) which will stop somebody snatching them from under you and then post photos if you can. They need to be as accurate as possible to the stone you see (you may have to take tons to get to this point) and review the stone in all different lighting conditions - coloured stones can vary differently and you may love the daylight colour but not the incandescent colourway (or vice versa).

If you only have the vendor's photos to go by, the chances are you're using vendors we're aware of - so check the thread "how accurate are the vendor's photos" (not sure of the exact name of the thread) for examples and that'll give you an idea whether the colour has been amped up/beautified.
