Need help to understand the value of F2 Clarity enhanced stone

Is there any value to a F2 clarity enhanced emerald from Zambia? Will the value hold for a F2 clairty enhanced emerald with this size? How much do you think a stone like this should cost?

This seems a bit odd to me, as F2 corresponds to moderate clarity enhancement (GIA doesn’t specify oil or resin), but your text says minor resin. Do you have the GIA report number?
