New Diamond Wedding Band!

I jut won this estate piece on eBay for $850. It's a hulk of a thing (especially for my dainty size 4 finger...) and I don't know if I'll be able to wear it together with the Bulgari Beast, as I'm not sure I'll be able to lift my finger with all that platinum (not to mention it might well look redonkulous! too much metal!). But I was thinking I could wear the Beast on my right hand. I'm also planning to have the milgraining removed.

Anyway, I'll post handshots when it arrives tomorrow or Monday, but for the moment, here's the stock picture from eBay. Oh, and they have a full refund policy if the diamonds turn out to be not to my liking or if I just hate it when I put it on.

The stats are: 11 x 9 pointers H-VS (1tcw) in platinum, 4.5mm across the top.

wow ig, what a great ring. especially once you have the millgraining removed (i''m not a fan either) it will be beautiful! i don''t know what your engagement ring looks like to see if they are too much together or not, but congrats on the great find!!!

That is beautiful! I am interested to hear how it looks with your engagement ring- I have a bit of a honker myself and I''m worried it''ll be too much with my wedding band. I''ll probably look for something similar to that. I personally love the millegrain, but that''s just me. Great find!

My honker is less a huge diamond than a setting that has a lot of metal! Here it is with the plain band. It''s the Bulgari "corona" setting. The diamond is .7 ct, E SI1 excellent cut.
