New Oval E Ring!

Hey Psers!

Just wanted to share some pictures of my new oval engagement ring that just came in. It actually turned out even better than I was hoping for. It has a small bow tie, but I was expecting that since I know it's almost impossible to avoid having one when it comes to oval diamonds. I'm just thrilled that it's so white and sparkly!

Thank you Acinom! I love it so much; I can't stop looking at it. I had a round diamond before, and I think that the oval cut is much more flattering when you have short fingers like I do!

I'll try and post more pics of the ring soon; these were just some quick shots I got in when the ring arrived at my workplace!

Here are the ring specs:

Oval brilliant cut, 1.08 carat. Very good cut. H color, VS2 clarity. 1.41 L/W ratio. Depth is 60.2%, Table is 55%. Polish and Symmetry are both Very Good. Girdle Slightly Thick to Thick. No cutlet. No Fluorescence. Stone is 8.20x5.80x3.49mm.

Thank you Acinom! After wearing my new e ring with my previous wedding band together for almost a week, I can safely say it's my dream set. My previous e ring was a standard four prong solitaire, and the tapered cathedral setting I have for the new e ring is so much better; it really makes the oval diamond pop!
