I find the one with multiple crosses on it quite funny!

Expensive looking from a distance but really just cheap and fake when observed up close.

I don't find the jewelry to be very appealing either!!

There once was a rich girl named Paris
Who'd sip drinks with dad on the terrace
'Til we got a looky
At movie with nooky
And then she was OH so embarassed...

But what did that misfortune bring?
The press and TV love such things
A scandal is fun fun
So to her they run run
And now we can buy her bling bling.

C'est la vie, yes?

I will leave my comments out on what I think about her.

In the Midwest they (the LA crowd ) are a joke, just like the Midwest is a joke to them.

Thanks, Ice.

I see an opportunity to share a vexing story of cultural differences with you.

I've family-o'plenty in SoCal. North Hollywood aunt #1 (of 2) recently emailed to brag that her twin Siamese cats are now successfully trained to use cat toilets that sit next to people toilets in her home.

Yes, they flush. Yes, extra plumbing was required. Yes there was more than one installed, and yes, some kind of local cat-therapist was involved in training them.

You know, if that popular, unexpected movie meteor struck earth to do a big "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" on civilization I wager that archaeologists a million years hence would figure out the logic of Midwest life faaaaar faster than that of the "left coast, dude."

lol...it is sad, but i know people who take better care of their cats & dogs than they do of their children...that is too much...altho not changing litter anymore is appealing...hmm.

Well whatever the archaeologists find in California, they will knock it up to "religious artifact." This was the catchall I was taught in my Anthro classes that is commonly used when artifacts are of an unknown origin or their use cannot be identified.

So many years from now Californians will be most likely be noted in history books as being a devoutly religious people.
