Quite a shocker as I would have thought that inalienable rights like life and liberty were at the center of the Constitution in the first place.

I need to read this one in more detail to understand it. I am worried that Fox might be part of that biased media elite.

What is a shame is that its up to the individual to insure their own safety but the government restricts how you can do that more day by day.
