I read that skunks are definitely a handful...that they can flatten out to the smallest of sizes and squeeze out of tiny places...and that once lost, it is very rare to find a domesticated skunk.

I just love her. I think she'' so sweet. I wonder what part of the country you live in? WOuldn''t it be a riot to see a pet skunk in a harness taking a walk down 5th ave in NYC LOL..Don''t know if they are legal here...SO cute!

This will teach me to only read the wedding/diamond forums.  I only now found the cat thread!  Anyway, even though this has turned into a kitty rescue thread I thought I''d interject a few pictures of Esme.  She''s 1.5 years old.  We rescued her from the shelter when she was 4 months.  She came home with the worst cold ever.  She flung kitty snot ALL over our apartment.  We had to throw out the futon cover and get a new one.  Enjoy:

Beautiful babies Blue Chica and Mostly Watching! Those pix crack me up. First, I have two cats that are also in love, so I love those pictures...and I love ms. fancy pants over here sprawled out like that....

This reminds me of the funniest story- about 2 weeks ago, I hear this horrible noise...then I see this white ghost like object run into my room....It was my plump scotty...he got into a large white shopping bag and then got caught half way through one of the handles...it was like he was a bride wearing a train...he was really in there poor guy...it cracked me up to see this cat running at super speed with the back half of him in this huge, trailing white bag!!

Welcome to our not-so-secret enclave, Mostlywatching. LOL mmm!!! Sometimes I torture my mum's cat like that just cos she's such a snob.

The kittens all have ringworm on various part of their body and I am so sick of cleaning with iodine and applying anti-fungal cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wonderful thing is they are all putting on weight by the day, Cream and White are 300gm, while Grey is about 280gm.

Half an hour ago, I let them out of their box, helped them pee and let them loose in my room. Once they warmed up, I dumped them on the bed with sleeping dh and they started fighting! Utterly adorable the way they nip each other and squeal in protest!

They all started teething 2 weeks ago and their fangs started showing a couple of days ago, so the nips must hurt.

This is the first in a series of 4 shots of them suckling on my fingers while on my lap when I was on the PC. The ringworm patches on Cream are very obvious here.

Okay, I have been enjoying this thread since it was started (thanks moremoremore!!!). Anyway, after seeing all the sweet kitties (and honorary kitties!

) I thought I would post my spoiled baby, Jasmine. She is also my avatar. One of these days I hope to get more pictures of her and her sister Flash, along with their "brother" Dean, who is a guniea pig. For now, this is the only one I have in digital form.

Since I have no children, I have tons of pictures of my cats, just none that are digital!

Anyway, this weekend will be a good time to fix that!

Ming: I love your cat. He is so silly! Jasmine does the same thing, only her preference is for any type of box. She will squeeze herself into a box no matter the size! I wonder why they do this?

She also likes to get into our suitcases, but I know why she does that. She wants to go with us!!!
