Hey everyone! Well, we were going to get married in March of ''07, but money issues, and work issues are putting that to a halt. So now we''re getting married in November. I wanted our colors to be spring-y (for the March wedding) and I LOVE the sage green/dusty rose colors. Is there any way I can have the sage green with another color for a winter/fall reception? Keep in mind I live in sunny California, and the seasons aren''t as set in stone here. I want the sage color, but i hope it won''t be tacky. Any help?

Amber, you can do whatever colors you want to do.

I think the sage and rose would still be pretty in Fall.

Thank you, Caribou.

Hey Amber! I think sage would be a GREAT wedding color for November! And even dusty rose! Just have the emphasis be more on the sage in the first one of these two than the 2nd... I think a slightly darker/more grey sage paired with dusty rose would be a fantastic subdued fall/winter color pairing!

I definitely like the grayish green color better than the regular sage, thank you for putting those two together for me! I also think a darker rose would be nice, too. What about accent colors? I was thinking silver...

I got married last November. My bouquet was red, peach, white, sage green and purple, bridesmaids' bouquets were red, peach and sage green. I know it sounds like lots of colors, but it didn't look that busy. It looks semi-fall-ish with our orange bridesmaids' dresses. I don't think it would be tacky to incorporate sage green with another color for a fall/winter recception.

Here's our bouquets.

Qtiekiki, I love the colors in your bouquet, the red color especially looks great with the other two I was thinking of. It''s funny, I was also thinking of a dark red color, too.

Here is a November wedding with a deep pink that looks entirely appropriate! I''ve been trying to find a picture of what I''m visualizing in my head and failing.

But maybe after I do a bit of work I''ll try some more!

Another color combination might be sage green with chocolate brown (and rose too, if you want).
I love those colors for a fall wedding!

I think deep red, peach and a darker, greyish sage (the color albi posted!) would look gorgeous!

Thanks for your ideas everyone! Now it seems like I have a ton of options. I know for a fact, I''m using sage green! Now I have to build the other colors around that... Brown is also a good idea, thank you Saturn!
