Hi all -
Missy, I'm so glad you're seeing a specialist, it's a shame it's so expensive but I think it's good to explore all avenues, and to take advantage of having a world renowned expert available.
And I suffer from the same map reading problem as you, I cannot read a map to save my life! How nice you had a lovely chat with such a nice person, sounds like fun. Love the pic of the folicking kitty, so sweet And all of your kitties are just so cute and cuddly, love them all!
Marcy, I'm glad the edema has lessened a lot and your vision has improved, and I hope the retinal scan goes well in May. Dh and I have had some interesting car trips before GPS - he would ask me "where are we on the map?" and I'd say "I have absolutely no idea" and it was downhill from there lol. No rain or snow here, thank goodness, but dreary and chilly. Nice you're enjoying some good weather.
Rainwood, I got go-go boots for Christmas one year as a kid!
Austina, sorry about Colin's removals but it's good things were caught early and I'm sending lots of good thoughts that he gets the all-clear.
Jimmianne, sounds like you packed everything you need lol! I'm sorry about the issues with the house, real estate transactions are such a major pain. It's always something. And yes, easy for dd to say! I'm glad writing about it helped you feel better, it really does help sometimes to express our feelings. LOVE your Tiffany band! Very beautiful and striking, and it does remind me of your amazing clock.
PB, fingers crossed you get the shrimp! Most of the time I don't go on trips with dh, he's usually pretty busy with meetings and business dinners, but occasionally I'll go and we'll spend a few extra days if it's a nice destination.
Hi CJ!
Marcy, I thought of you when I looked out the window and saw this, it was really windy and this squirrel hung on for dear life! Two of his buddies were on the ground eating whatever fell off. I let them snack for a while and when I opened the backdoor they scampered away.
