My dream e-ring is a 1.5-2ct, light blue, lab-grown, Octavia diamond. It doesn't look like that will be possible, so I'm considering a sapphire. Does anyone know of anyone cutting sapphires similar to the Octavia cut?
I found this one: https://www.earthstreasury.com/product/2-96-carat-blue-green-montana-sapphire/
But doing a Google search I'm having trouble finding anything other than square radiant, cushion, and asscher cuts. :read:
Thanks!!!

Thank you for the list Voce. That gives me a lot more vendors to research!

I will contact Jeff too.

The question makes me wonder about Octavia cut in colored stones. It probably would look best on ligher African Demantoid, but it's too expensive, and then, zircon.

Is the Octavia cut a proprietary one? Can it be cut by anyone or is it licenced? @Karl_K

Octavia is branded and I believe patented.

It is sooooo beautiful. First time I hear of it. I thought it is a car :-)

I know. I was looking for something similar to Octavia. It would have to be changed for a sapphire because of the differences in characteristics between diamond and sapphire.
