Oh, this is on my list of things to do before leaving Sydney! Sounds sublime

Did you have the accompanying wine course?

Tgaal that would suck big time!
You really need to be able to experience the subtlety of the dishes he creates.
Prettyblues my husband did I didn''t. In fact i only had one glass of champagne and a riesling. My GF had more and basically couldn''t eat dessert as there was no room

Tip: Don''t order the mineral water as it was $70.00!!! for our table *ouch*

I will keep the tip in mind, thanks. I don''t mind paying $$$ for the food, as it is for the expertise of the chef, but that price for water is outrageous!

Whoa....good thing we never ordered the water!

Yeah, it was a bummer...but it were celebrating a very special occasion (TGuy''s greencard being approved as we had the appointment that morning) and had to go. We went with another couple and our bill was $1000! Good thing back then we got a little more for our US dollar than we do today!

Oooh, Katebar! We had a surprise visit to Sydney a few weeks ago so couldn''t book at T''s. How far in advance did you have to book for a Saturday night?

I am really looking forward to going at some point.

Hi Gemma 4 months

but that was for a Saturday night.
Seriously I would do another night in the week or even a lunch which is 9 courses.
The atmopshere was zen rather than buzzy. My husband did not like the atmosphere and much preferred the Rockpool buzz and (incidently their menu too!).

Yummy, yummy, I''ve got love in my tummy. What was your favourite dish? What did you think of the truffled butter?
