I think Fisher explained in another thread that her screen name is related to the Bible reference Robbie mentions. To be a fisher of men is to model positive Christianity I think?

That makes sense, she is a girly fisher of men.

"I will make you a fisher of men" is the reference. Basically it means go out and evangelize (the analogy used since they were fishermen). So my understanding is that the name means she is a gal who evangelizes for her faith.
