If I could give them a BILLION stars for Customer Service I would. They have been so seriously amazing, responsive, and FREINDLY.

If anyone''s got doubts about using them... put them away man. They are getting my BEST VENDOR EVER award so far.

My dress. Mon Cheri Liz.

When I first called them for a qoute they told me they have to qoute MSRP but could price match if I found a lower price. I found one from a dinky site that isn''t even an authorized carrier. They STILL matched the price (though their contract won''t allow them to beat the price). They talked to me about the dress, and ordering questions I had. Followed up with me promptly to confirm all details once I placed the order.

Then I heard the Mon Cheri factory burned down or something. So I contracted them in a panic, they checked and double checked my order to confirm all is fine. I wanted extra fabric, they went through two levels of management to try get it for me... they couldn''t b/c Mon cheri won''t allow it, but they were so apologetic and sympathetic about it.

They''ve just been so fabulous. If my Bm picks a gown that isn''t off the rack I''m gonna suggest she order from them. Plus all the reviews on project wedding and yelp and everything are 5 star. And they told me that its likely my dress will even come in earlier than the date they''ve confirmed-- which ITSELF was a month before the salon was predicting the dress would get it in.
 
Yes, netbride was great to work with!
I didn''t order my wedding dress from netbride (though I sort of wish I had), but we did order my BM''s dress from Netbride.

Great service, no problems -- got the dress about 3 weeks earlier than the ''latest delivery date'' and saved over $60 from the price quoted to us from the snooty local shop. (Oh, and for others who might be curious, in our particular case, Pearl''s Place and Netbride gave me almost identical quotes -- this for for a Jim Hjelm bridesmaid dress.) I went with Netbride because I had read so many good things about them (and the person I talked to at Pearl''s Place wasn''t overly nice ... nothing too bad, but enough to sway me to Netbride).
 
You know, I am so glad you had a good experience with them, but I am still waiting on an quote on the Casablanca from them. I am really surprised that I called AND emailed and still haven''t heard anything. I went with Pearl''s Place because the responded so promptly to my emails and phone calls, and they offered the dress at what I thought was a really reasonable (read here, cheap!) price and I didn''t feel like I could put off ordering much longer.

I really wish netbride had gotten back to me as they have better reviews from the Better Business Bureau, but I didn''t know how long I could wait, so Pearl''s Place it is.

When I ordered from Pearl''s Place, the lady was a bit gruff arguing over my hollow-to-hem measurement, but it was fine. When I called today to get my shipping date, both people, male and female, were over-the-top nice. When the guy said to expect my gown the first or second week of June I nearly flipped out with a July 22nd wedding, but he said it will probably be in before then and if I didn''t have it in hand by June 1st to give him a call and he''d get it here in no time.

So, hopefully I made the right choice...I was REALLY impressed with P''s Place''s shipping rate of only $12, but I hope that low cost doesn''t delay the shipping!

I knew this second-guessing my decision was going to drive me batty, and it''s already started, 4 days into it!!! It''s gonna be a long 3-4 months, I''m thinkin''!

Gypsy, I just wanted to say that I think it''s awesome that you got the Mon Cheri Liz, because my name is Liz and I think thats cool.

Yay! Gypsy''s dress is named after me!
