Old Mine Cut in a sparkly halo setting

Newly engaged and wanted to share my Old Mine Cut diamond that has been passed down for several generations in my family in a setting meant to resemble Victor Canera's Emilya. Some specs: 1.45 carats, M color (originally thought it was a K, but apparently not, either way, shines up quite white!), SI1. I ADORE it Such a delicate platinum band, such pretty claw prongs. Was just curious about thoughts for a wedding band. I'd like something that has a low-profile setting, and also has sufficient sparkle to stand up on its own without an engagement ring. Looking to have the diamonds go 1/2 or 3/4 of the way around, as I don't really like diamonds on the bottom of the band. Thoughts on this twisting one? Other suggestions? Just to note, the engagement ring has a tiny bump on it, so a band wouldn't sit flush if it was straight.
