I am pretty sure you guys can relate to how it feels to have a damaged ring or missing colored stone in a ring, so I thought I would share.
I flipped my jewelry box over a few months ago and one tiny ruby fell out of my antique tree of life ring. For the life of me I could not find that tiny ruby. For some reason this really upset me. I think the sentimentality of the ring is the reason.
I sourced a tiny ruby from Multicolour gems (guessed at the size) and finally today I had the ring repaired. The little rubies all match in color so that was a nice outcome. Ignore the tiny scratch that I managed to already put on the ring. The gold face is either 22 or 24 carat gold over the platinum base and it scratches pretty easily. And ignore my nails- I was planting thorneless blackberries.
Happy to finally have fixed!
