Online vendors for natural blue sapphire?

Hi Pricescopers,

I've been looking at James Allen settings and sapphires for a ring. I want an oval sapphire, over 1 carat but under 2 carats, Ceylon blue, or could be a violety blue, heat treatment ok. See the picture for a sapphire I was looking at for $700 Canadian.

My budget for the ring and the stone together is $2000 CAD. I know I won't be getting ripped of if I go with James Allen. Can you suggest anywhere else online for pre-cut sapphires? This will be my first sapphire purchase.

There's a long list at the top of the menu called "List of Vendors..." That will get you started. But, you may wish to provide folks here with just a bit more information and see if we can help. What kind of setting are you looking at with JA? What spread in mm are you looking for?
