No. Thought it needed a darker stone so I swapped the two Sapphires.

He’s a recent discovery to me, but I love his selection too. I bought 4 pieces total, and fingers crossed, they are like the photos/videos.

Yes, and I look at their emails. I was not totally happy with the color of the Kashmir sapphire when I saw it, compared to the pictures on the website, and thought about returning it, but was not really invited to by Andrew. It is very difficult to return an international purchase as a consumer, I have learned, because we have no way to insure jewelry. Fed Ex UPS DHL and USPS reg mail will not insure people not in the trade.

@Rfisher correctly pointed out that their gemstone colors look similar to each other across the site. My stones were not as saturated as they looked.

I sent several of the purchases into the lab for new reports. The pink and green sapphire ring came back as unheated, the ruby cab heart came back as Thai and heated and the Kashmir came back as Kashmir and unheated.

I did manage a 10% discount off of the website price of their site.

Hope this helps. Emeralds are notoriously hard to photograph well. Ask lots of questions about the color and return policy.
