Opinions...Good Buy?

Hi all! First post here. I was recently introduced to the world of vintage/antique
jewelry. Love the look of this piece, wondering if it would be a good buy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Tiny old mine cut diamond (~2 mm), estimated late 19th c., no info on maker's mark. 14 k gold, $200. Thanks in advance!
