Opinions on this ring guard?

I stopped to have my E-ring cleaned and the local jeweler said she had a new ring guard she wanted to see with my ring. I can't decide if I love it or if it's too busy. Thoughts?

I think ring guards are great all around. It's nice to have the option of simpler or blingier.

My problem with it is that it will move around and the stone won’t be centered, unless you attach the guards to your ring with a jeweler. I prefer stackable three quarter or eternity bands for that reason.
